BTQ Technologies Corp. The acquisition of Cimtech’s CIM technology aligns seamlessly with BTQ’s mission to deliver innovative and secure computing solutions. Cimtech, known for its leadership in memory technology and CIM solutions, has developed state-of-the-art CIM intellectual property using TSMC’s 28nm High-Performance Computing (HPC) process. This technology includes essential assets such as Verilog models and timing libraries, enabling high-speed, low-power computation that is particularly well-suited for next-generation cryptographic accelerators.

Computing-in-memory is an emerging architecture that integrates computation and memory storage into a single framework.
